-If you have never used a sewing machine or it has been a while, this class is highly reccomended
before you enroll in any of the other classes.
-We encourage you bring your own sewing machine to learn on, but you are welcome to use one
from the studio.

Through experience we have developed a proven method for teaching beginners and self-taught seamsters a solid foundation for sewing. The Sewing Boot Campsm will leave you on friendly terms with the sewing machine. You will understand what all of the dials, buttons, cords and screws are for and you will be more confident in using them.
In this class you will learn:
- The parts of your sewing machine.
- How to thread a lockstitch sewing machine.
- How to wind a bobbin.
- How to sew a straight line using a seam guide.
- How to sew a curved line using a your presser foot.
- How to adjust your tension to creat a perfect stitch.
- How to access and use the different key stitches available on a sewing machine.
- How to sew a seam.
- The names and uses of common sewing tools.
- How to find the grain of the fabric and more!
