At First Samples, we want to teach people who want to learn. Whether your motivation is to learn to sew or make patterns or to design, if you are ready to invest in your future, so are we.

To help you to better budget the classes, we will be requiring a payment in full for the class you sign up for upon registration.

  • If you find that you will not be able to take the class after you have paid and at least 48 hours before class starts, you can expect a 50% refund of the class cost or a coupon for 50% off your transfer to another class. Exceptions to this rule can be made, so call in and speak to a First Samples representative if you feel your case is special.
  • If you do get a class credit, it must be used in a timely manner.
  • If you fail to show up for class or cancell after class begins, you are not entitled to a refund.

We try our best to make your experience with First Samples a positive one. If you didn't like your class or you didn't get what you wanted out of it, let us know and we'll work something out.

C A N C E L L A T I O N S: To cancel a class that you have signed up for, just send an email to learn@firstsamples.com as soon as you know you cannot attend and we'll take care of the rest.
